Veritas Security Solutions, LLC was founded by Rob Haley, who retired in September 2015 as the FBI's Criminal
Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge (ASAC) in Birmingham, Alabama (2008-2015) after more than 25 years as a Special Agent. He supervised the Orlando, Florida, Joint Terrorism Task Force from 2003-2008; was a supervisor in the Usama Bin Laden Unit at FBIHQ from 2002-2003; was a supervisor in the Violent Crimes/Fugitive Unit at FBIHQ from 2000-2002; and was a "street agent" in Rochester, New York and Syracuse, New York from 1989-2000. He served on two FBI SWAT teams, conducted hundreds of sensitive criminal and terrorism investigations, and attended significant tactical, investigative, interview & interrogation training courses throughout his career.
After FBI retirement, Mr. Haley served for nearly two years as the Chief Security Officer for an "Inc. 5000" company in Birmingham, Alabama (2015-2017). Prior to his FBI service, Mr. Haley served on active duty as a combat arms officer in the U.S. Marine Corps (1984-1988).
